We leverage this expertise to either serve as your complete IT department or work in close collaboration with your current IT team to effectively monitor and manage your network.

Workstation Management

Using our comprehensive EntaraWorks platform, we track, maintain, and manage your organization’s workstations to ensure they are standardized for each user, and configured according to scalable standards.

This includes:

  1. Full management of Windows patching and updates
  2. Lifecycle management, including procurement, warranty management, and deployment to endusers
  3. Management of build configurations
  4. Automatic updates for standard applications

User IT Support

Entara’s IT Help Desk is ready 24×7x365 to provide on-demand support. Using our integrated ServiceNow ITSM platform, we track thousands of tickets a week to a successful, personalized completion.

Our goal is to identify trends and problem areas that can be addressed and permanently solved at your organization. We do this through our ServiceNow platform documentation and ticket classification and through senior engineers dedicated to identify pain points. We work with your team to achieve constant improvement and overall better IT managed services.

We also offer VIP Support as an add-on service. Our ticket classification assigns all tickets a priority level from 1 to 4. This system enables our engineers to address higher priority tickets faster. The VIPSupport service allows you to identify VIP employees in your organization and guarantee that each ticket from these individuals is automatically placed at the top of our ticket queue.
